Kundalini is a very different form of yoga compared to other styles. With its very humbling practice it will make you look inwards rather than outwards, not concentrating on how you look but how you feel.
Known as the „Yoga of Awareness”, Kundalini focuses on breathing techniques (Pranayama) and uses specific mantras to help release blockages and tensions at all levels, whether physical, emotional or mental. When practicing a Kriya (set of postures) or a meditation, this ancient technology will work on specific parts of your body, glandular and nervous systems to provide you with more energy to sustain changes and challenges that nowadays’ life throws at us.
